Grandmaster Pang Ming simplified classical Qigong by creating Zhineng Qigong so that anyone, even those suffering from illnesses, can enjoy its benefits.
Zhen Qingchuan, affectionately known as “Zhen laoshi”, believes in teaching Zhineng Qigong in its pure, original form as taught to him by Grandmaster Pang Ming, the founder of Zhineng Qigong.
Grandmaster Pang Ming has published fourteen seminal volumes on Qigong and some of them have complete authorized English translations.
Dynamic Zhineng Qigong, including Level 1 to 3, and Static Zhineng Qigong are taught during Zhen Laoshi advanced courses.

In September 1993, at the age of 20, Zhen laoshi was accepted into the exclusive teacher training course at Huaxia Institute, being personally taught by grandmaster Pang Ming himself.
After graduating in 1995, Zhen was offered a position at the Huaxia Recovery Centre where he conducted “recovery courses” to help students recover from illnesses.
In 2001 Huaxia Centre had to be closed and practitioners were dispersed. Thereafter, Zhen moved to Penang, Malaysia and in 2003, Zhen established the Zhineng Development Centre.
To date the Centre has been visited by people from more than 15 foreign countries who have come to the centre to learn Qigong or receive Qi healing therapy from Zhen laoshi.
Zhen Laoshi is founder of the Psychology of Inner Perceptions. It distinguishes itself from western psychology by the methodology it adopts. Unlike cognitive and logical methodologies, inner perceptions work directly on the mind with the mind itself. It tells people how to examine the psychological status and then heal physical and psychological diseases directly with the mind first for oneself and then for the others
